Agreement to these terms

These terms are a contract between you and MAVA Design EOOD ("Parsemend", "we"), a company registered in Bulgaria at Bukova polyana 112, Smolyan, Bulgaria, VAT BG204539189. Creating an account or sending events to a Parsemend DSN means you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it, and "you" means that company. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

The service

Parsemend provides error tracking, monitoring, pull request review, QA flows and an AI fix agent, as described on this site. The free tier includes error tracking only, is free of charge, and carries no service level commitment. Paid plans include the capabilities listed on the pricing page for the plan you choose.

We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will notify you by email before it takes effect.

Your account

Keep your credentials, DSN keys and API tokens confidential. A DSN's public key is designed to ship in client code, but anyone who holds it can post events into your project, so treat it like any other environment value. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Fees and AI credits

Paid plans are billed as a flat monthly subscription at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits; you may buy top-ups when a month outgrows it. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable. If prices change, the new price applies from your next billing period, with notice by email.

In bring-your-own-agent, your-keys and CLI modes, inference is billed to you by your model provider under their terms. Parsemend is not a party to that relationship and does not resell that inference. In managed mode, the agent runs on the AI credits included in your plan.

Your data

The events, configuration and other content you send to Parsemend remain yours. You grant Parsemend the rights needed to store and process that content for the sole purpose of providing the service. In managed mode you also grant read access to the connected repository through the GitHub App, used only for the duration of a run or review. Parsemend does not use your events or your source code to train models.

Agent-generated code

The agent proposes changes. It opens draft pull requests, and it does not merge them.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing and merging any code the agent produces. Parsemend makes no warranty that a patch is correct, safe, secure, or suitable for any purpose, and does not run your test suite against it. A draft pull request from the agent has exactly the standing of a draft pull request from a stranger who has read your stack trace: possibly right, worth reading, and yours to accept or reject.

Do not merge a patch you have not read.

Acceptable use

Do not use Parsemend to process data you are not entitled to process, and do not point the agent at a repository you do not have the right to modify. Do not probe, overload or disrupt the service or other tenants, and do not resell access to it.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Parsemend does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that events will never be dropped, or that the agent's output is correct. Error tracking is an aid to your own monitoring, not a replacement for it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parsemend is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Parsemend's total liability for all claims arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid Parsemend in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your projects at any time; deleting a project deletes its events. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates the acceptable use section or does not pay its fees, with notice where practicable. On termination, your data is deleted on the schedule described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and disputes arising out of them are resolved by the competent courts of Bulgaria. If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page moves when they do, and material changes are announced to paying customers by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
